Chris Craven

Coordinator

Chris with extensive experience in upland and mountainous terrains around the world, having nurtured his passion for these environments since the age of 12. 

He holds Mountain Training Association (MTA) qualifications as a Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor, and National Navigation Award Scheme (NNAS) Tutor. In addition, Chris is a qualified Royal Yachting Association (RYA) offshore skipper, proficient in both sailing and power boating. 

As a motivational speaker, he shares insights from his journey as a Royal Marine Commando, addressing themes of mental health resilience and the transformative potential of the outdoor environment in promoting recovery and fostering a progressive mindset

Kerry Craven

Designer

Kerry represents the public persona of the organisation. Throughout her professional journey in the corporate sector, she found solace and rejuvenation in the hills and mountains, manifesting in understanding exactly the expectations of our clients.

She holds qualifications as a Mountain Training Association-certified Hill and Moorland Leader, a NNAS Tutor, and an Outdoor Swimming Coach. 

Kerry uses her outdoor expertise to organise fundraising initiatives for various charitable causes and has successfully led a range of micro expeditions, introducing individuals to our wilderness regions.

Kerry will personally help you achieve your aims and end goals, be it an introduction into something new or build on improving your existing knowledge & experience.

Marty Adams

Core Skills

Marty has established a distinguished career in leadership development. 

He has served with the Royal Marines and the British Army, where he has been instrumental in training of both aspiring officers and recruits. In addition to his military background, Marty adeptly applies his expertise to facilitate effective management within the context of outdoor exploration. 

He possesses an extensive array of qualifications from the MTA, including Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor, and Telemark Ski Instructor. 

Furthermore, he is an accomplished expedition leader, renowned for his proficiency in the design, implementation, support, and successful execution of adventurous pursuits in some of the world's most formidable mountain ranges.

Dave Pearce

Mentoring

Dave is a distinguished former Royal Marine Commando, having dedicated over 20 years to exceptional service with a focus on global operations and survival techniques. 

He possesses a comprehensive array of Mountain Training Association qualifications and is a fully accredited Mountaineering and Rock Climbing Instructor, in addition to being an International Mountain Leader. 

In May 2003, he successfully summited Mount Everest via the North Face as part of a Royal Navy/Royal Marines team. During this notable ascent, he played a pivotal role in the dramatic rescue of stranded climbers. 

Dave is a published author, a noted survival expert, and serves as a consultant for various media initiatives.
